The RTN Network can offer you a complete telecoms package including Line Rental for just 13.97€ + IVA! For a one off transfer fee of 10€ you move all your telecoms needs to us, receive cheaper phone calls and a single monthly bill, and the ability to check your bills online too.

What happens when I have used my 120 free minutes to the UK

FREE 120 minutes to the UK every month
After you have used your 120 minutes calls are charged at 4.9 cents per minute.
For super users there is also a package that offers 1 cent to the UK after the 120 minutes free, for the standing charge of just 5€ per month. This excludes 0870 0845 0800 and other premium rate numbers.

What are the standard call costs within Spain

Calls to Spanish landlines
Calls to Spanish landlines both locally and nationally are charged at 3.3 cents per minute 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
This Excludes 901 902 and other premium rate numbers which will be billed by Telefonica until your line rental has been transferred.

What is the free 0843 number for?

FREE 0843 number
Friends and family can also save on the cost of their calls when ringing you on your 0843 number.
They will be charged the cost of a local UK call when dialing your 0843 number from the UK.

Can I call anyone else within the RTN Network for free?

FREE calls between RTN members.
All members speak to each other for free
Refer your friends to us and we will give 20€ credit on your account when they sign up

Calls to UK mobiles charged at the same rate as calls to Spanish mobiles
Calls are charged at 25c per minute 24/7 No connection charges.

Per-second billing

Per second billing on all calls from the first second with the exception of Spanish mobiles which are charged per second after the first minute.

Bills will be available online through the website or e-mail.

NO connection charges

There are no connection charges on any RTN network calls.

NO prefix numbers

You will need to dial a prefix to use the service for an initial period until your line has been transferred.
After which no prefixes need to be used.

Telefonica track-phone or radio-phone customers must always use a prefix

NO binding contract

The RTN contract for calls or dial up has no fixed term.
There is a two week written cancellation required.
There are no cancelation charges.

RTN Network can supply you with a high speed broadband service in several speeds from 1meg up to 6 megabytes

24/7 ‘dial up’ to the Internet

Dial up packages are only available to RTN members with a calls package.

Telefonica track-phone or radio-phone customers cannot receive our Dial-up service. We currently offer 3 dial-up connection packages that include

• Pay as you go – connection charged at 2.5 cents per minute
• 4.50€ 24/7 – 12 hours of inclusive connection per month, with additional connection charged at 1.5 cents per minute. 15€ minimum call-spend on voice calls is applied
• 14.95€ – 30 hours of inclusive connection per month, with additional connection charged at 1.5 cents per minute. No minimum call-spend.
